In the wake of our new issue, 'Abyss', Joanna Guthrie charts a year's botanical voyage through the Norfolk waterlands threatened by a major roadbuilding project.
Joanna Guthrie is a poet and writer based in Norwich, UK. Her second poetry collection, Her Whereabouts , will be published in 2022 by Pindrop Press. Translated by Reeds , her libretto for two East Anglian rivers, was performed in 2012. She has twice been awarded in the Gingko Ecopoetry prize. Her poetry has appeared in a range of poetry journals and her non-fiction, in The Guardian Joanna is involved with Extinction Rebellion and ClimateCultures .
