Kelly Shepherd lives and teaches on Treaty 6 territory, in the northern Canadian city of Edmonton. His third poetry collection, Dog and Moon, was published by Oskana Poetry & Poetics in 2025. Insomnia Bird (Thistledown Press, 2018), his second, won the 2019 Robert Kroetsch City of Edmonton Book Prize.
Diane Raptosh’s American Amnesiac (Etruscan), was longlisted for the 2013 National Book Award (poetry). The recipient of three literature fellowships (Idaho Arts Commission) and winner of Idaho Governor’s Arts Award in Excellence (2018), she was Boise’s Poet Laureate and Idaho’s Writer-in-Residence (2013–2016). Her ninth collection, I Eric America, was recently published (Etruscan).
