Rupert Read

Professor. Rupert Read is the author (with Samuel Alexander) of ,This Civilisation Is Finished [Simplicity Institute Press, 2019] and Extinction Rebellion: Insights from the inside [Simplicity Institute Press, 2020]. He recently stepped aside from being an Extinction Rebellion spokesperson. He is now working on the concepts of Transformative and Deep Adaptation, with Jem Bendell: their edited book entitled Deep Aadaptation will appear in June with Polity Press.
