Michael Updegraff lives in the Maine woods with his wife and four children. Besides editing and writing for Mortise and Tenon Magazine, he often finds himself wielding heritage hand tools, exploring the woods, and seeking out how our ancestors survived and thrived through a deep knowledge of the natural world.
